Jurisdiction
All disputes pertaining to the conduct of AIEEE
shall fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi
only. The Secretary of the Board shall be the
legal person in whose name the Board may sue or
may be sued.
If any person or officer dealing with the
conduct of AIEEE engages himself/herself in
act(s) that would result in the leakage of the
question paper(s) or attempt to use or help in
the use of unfair means in this examination,
he/she shall be liable to prosecution under the
Indian Penal Code.
